Every working day, more than 50,000 commuters are drawn to the city, and scientists from all over the world come here for research and teaching. 

DCAD, a research institute and academic service institution located in Heidelberg, has been promoting academic research and academic relations and exchanges between Germany and China since its establishment, by its cooperation with local universities, institutions and enterprises.
