Overseas Alumni Association

With the socialization and internationalization of China's higher education, alumni have already become an important resource for the development of Chinese universities. An alumni association is a comprehensive communication platform, which could support the development of Alma Mater in various aspects, such as information, funding, projects, international cooperation, employment and etc. Thus, the development of alumni associations of Chinese universities should be promoted. DCAD supports the overseas alumni associations of Chinese universities in the following aspects:

• Registration. Normally, a formally registered alumni association of Chinese university is registered as a “Verein” in Germany. DCAD will assist Chinese partner universities during the whole registration process, for instance, the preparation of related documents (“Satzung” etc.), appointment with notary, registration at local court etc. On request, registration address and postal service could also be provided.

• Working spaces. DCAD provides working spaces with all related facilities and services, such as furnished office rooms, worktables, chairs, telephone, internet, kitchenette, customer signage and postal service.
